Brrrrr! It's cold here in the frozen tundra that is Minnesota at this time of year, so thinking up a snowman project for
Late Night Stampers challenge wasn't difficult. I also added some textured elements too for the
Clear It Out Challenge which requires "warm fuzzies" and/or a stash item of patterned papers. I got this cocoa holder idea from Stampin' Connection and just tweaked the colors and theme. What inspired the colors of orange and raspberry ripple was the Raspberry cocoa package I had. Normally, I doubt I would ever have paired these colors, but it came out looking vibrant and different. Thanks for looking!
Here's how I made it:
1
. Cut a piece of Early Expresso CS 8.5 x 5.5. Fold in half. Unfold and use your trimmer to cut a notch off one corner.
2. Embellish the front by adding DSP (here I used Twitterpated & Sycamore Street.)
3. Stamp snowman image and sentiment on white, punch out and color.
4. Add new Delicate Details Lace tape across bottom.
5. Tie ribbon around card and add cocoa inside!
it's so cute!!
